Welyvio for Chrome
Grammar, tone and translation beside supported writing fields — with a floating W button.
A public install link is not available yet. You can use Welyvio in the web workspace today.
What the extension does
- Grammar suggestions with review and apply controls
- Tone rewrite and translation previews
- Manual checks by default
- Optional automatic checks after a pause
- Per-site and global enable/disable controls
Connecting your account
After installation becomes available, open the extension Settings and follow the approval link. Approve a separate application password in Welyvio and connect with that credential. Do not enter your primary account password into the extension. Version 1.0 keeps the connection for the current browser session.
Page access and your text
Page access lets the assistant find eligible writing fields. Manual checking sends text when you request it; opt-in automatic checking sends the focused supported field text after a pause. Welyvio processes submitted text through its service and configured AI provider.
Compatibility
Some complex editors, browser internal pages and Chrome Web Store pages are unsupported. Detected password and payment fields are excluded, but detection is not a guarantee that every sensitive field is recognized. Avoid submitting confidential material.
